Orbit interface design

Proposed main menu, grid guide and watching screen, for Paul's review. Nothing here is in the app yet.

• review/*.png and *.figcraft: the three screens, editable in FigCraft.
• icons/: custom category icons and gear, as VectorCraft files, SVG and PNG.
• create-interface.py: rebuilds all of it. It reads channel logos from the Orbit-Channel-Designs collection.

Programmes and channel numbers shown are placeholders, since channel numbering isn't decided. Navy, blue and yellow focus are unchanged from the app.
