dotCooCoo 0b4f632596 keymap: test that Shift on the ISO key typing a symbol is dropped ...

On a layout where Shift and the key next to left Shift type a symbol egui
has a key for, such as [, egui reports the physical key IntlBackslash,
so the press needs Shift to type [ and resolves to [, as Shift on other
symbol keys does. A Shift+[ binding recorded from this key before it had
a physical key no longer runs.

a_symbol_typed_with_shift_on_the_iso_key_drops_shift pins that: the press
runs a [ binding and not Shift+[, and the same press without a physical
key still runs Shift+[.
