Add a 2,647-row zh-Hant catalog (1,975 UI strings, 641 command labels, 31 menu wordings), locale mapping for zh-TW/zh-HK/zh-MO/zh-Hant, and a Noto Sans CJK TC-first fallback. The catalog is marked draft pending native review; the web picker stays hidden because craft-fonts currently ships only the Simplified CJK face.
Review: Noto Sans Hebrew, Devanagari and Georgian join Arabic and Thai in FALLBACK_FAMILIES, so a
web build that embeds one draws that script in an Inter document; with Arab embedded the picker
offers the Arabic UI catalog, as cjk::can_show intends (the docs said otherwise); the docs
example lists one tag per script.
Test: every_embeddable_script_face_is_a_document_fallback.

The browser has no system fonts and the text crate's build script keeps the web catalog to Inter,
Noto Sans Georgian, the wordmark and (with FIGCRAFT_EMBED_CJK) Noto Sans CJK, so craft-fonts'
Noto Sans Arabic never reached a web build and Persian or Arabic text drew as missing-glyph
boxes. FIGCRAFT_EMBED_SCRIPTS names script tags as the manifest lists them (Arab, Hebr, ...);
a web build keeps the faces of those scripts as well. The default build is unchanged.
Test: web_embeds_other_scripts_faces_only_when_asked (build script). Docs: localization-parity
(web fonts paragraph, Arabic row, status line, revision history), translating.md.

Adds a Bosnian (Bosanski) catalog in Latin script with ijekavian forms. It covers
every UI string (1,898), command label (629) and menu wording (31). It is
machine-drafted and marked as a draft until a native speaker reviews it.
Bosnian plural rule in i18n::plural: one for 1, 21, 31… (not 11), few for
2–4, 22–24… (not 12–14), other otherwise. Because one covers 21, every form
keeps {n}. Test: bosnian_tags_and_integer_plurals.
Docs: translating.md (conventions and plural rule), localization-parity.md,
README, ROADMAP, mcp.md and the pref.language param doc.

The browser build's wasm was 25,982,540 bytes, past the gate raised for 0.12.1. It is now
23,915,213 bytes (22.8 MiB), 1.2 MiB under the restored 24 MiB gate:
- Catalog rows keep their plural forms behind a reference: Text is two words, not room for
four strings, across ~52,000 baked-in rows (-454 KB).
- The browser build compiles with wasm SIMD (apps/figcraft-web/.cargo/config.toml, wasm-opt
--enable-simd), so egui's glyph rasterizer leaves out its scalar SIMD fallback (-1.6 MB).
The plugin workspace is built from the repository root and stays without SIMD.
- Revert the gate raise (cb227c97); the hosting guide names the WebAssembly SIMD requirement.
Translate 2508 interface entries from English, keep count-neutral plurals, and gate the web catalog on Arabic font readiness. Record AI assistance and pending native review.

Layer, page and frame names in Thai drew as tofu squares in the panels and
on the canvas labels: the UI loaded system faces for CJK and Bengali only.
- cjk.rs: Thai is a fifth script (U+0E00..U+0E7F). When a name, a typed text
or the UI language needs it, the desktop app adds an installed Thai face
(Noto Sans Thai, Leelawadee UI, Tahoma, Sukhumvit Set, Thonburi, Ayuthaya,
Sarabun, Loma, Garuda, Waree). English users still load nothing; the web
build leaves Thai out, like Bengali.
- locales/th.toml: machine-drafted Thai catalog (every UI string, 589
command labels, the menu wordings), marked as a draft needing native
review. i18n.rs: Thai has no plural forms.
- docs/translating.md and docs/localization-parity.md updated.
cargo test -p figcraft-ui-egui passes (662); cargo xtask i18n-report,
assets and layers are ok. cargo xtask wasm and clippy were not run
(no wasm32 target here; clippy -D warnings already fails on other files
with Rust 1.95).

Adds crates/ui-egui/locales/it.toml: all 1747 UI strings (42 plural entries,
one/other), 574 command labels and 31 menu wordings, marked as a draft awaiting
native review like the other machine-drafted catalogs. Adds a resolve/plural
test for Italian locales and lists Italian in docs/translating.md.
Not compiled locally; the catalog was validated with a script (same keys as
en.toml, identical placeholders and ellipses per entry).

- Mark Polish catalog as reviewed and approved by native speaker (@lukasz-sklad)
- Replace "Lekki" with "Jasny" for Light mode
- Translate disambiguated context keys (Fill|sizing, Join|stroke, Light|glass, Open|comments)
- Catch up with 15 UI strings added in recent main commits
- Update docs/translating.md to list Polish as reviewed
The browser has no system fonts, and since releases moved to the shared
workflow the web build was made without craft-fonts: no font list and no
text drawn. The Georgian change also re-pinned craft-fonts to its main,
which has no fonts/latin-manifest.txt, so the next release would fail
under CRAFT_FONTS_REQUIRED. Pin the Latin commit again until one commit
has both (craft-fonts#42); desktop Georgian uses an installed font.
Adds crates/ui-egui/locales/ka.toml (ქართული): every key of en.toml (1,730 UI
strings), every command label (567) and every menu wording (31), marked as a
draft. Georgian has no letter case and keeps a noun singular after a numeral,
so plural entries give the same text for one and other. System picks it for
ka, ka-GE and ka_GE.UTF-8; pref.language's help text lists ka.
Inter and egui's fonts have no Georgian, so the UI draws it in craft-fonts'
Noto Sans Georgian: it joins the built-in faces in theme::install_fonts and
the web build keeps it (crates/text/build.rs). craft-fonts-ref moves to
a71c20e3 (storytold/craft-fonts#27, the commit that adds the face) in the
release and FreeBSD workflows, and the release builds the web version with
craft-fonts (web-craft-fonts: true).
Tests: the Georgian locale tags, draft status and count-neutral plurals, and
that the built-in Georgian face draws every Georgian letter in the catalog
(skipped without craft-fonts). Docs: localization-parity, translating, mcp,
README and ROADMAP.

- The import report translates an importer note when the catalog has it, but 30 notes added by the
`.fig` import series (#626–#639) had no catalog entries, so they showed in English: connector
labels and snapshots, grid track sizing, image filters, slots and their content, vector segment
styles, and text on a path.
- All 30 are now in `en.toml` and in every full catalog: es, de, fr, pt-BR, ru, ja, ko, zh-Hans, cs,
id, sv and tr (30 each). `es-419` overrides only the 3 notes about settings (configuración rather
than Spain's ajustes), as the overlay does elsewhere. The wording follows each catalog's existing
terms for connector, layer, frame, stroke, grid, slot and text on path. The translations are drafts,
like the catalogs, and wait for native speakers' review.
- `every_key_in_the_code_is_in_the_english_catalog_and_no_other` now counts each importer note (the
`warn("…")` literals in `crates/format/src/fig` and `crates/format/src/rest`) as a required key, not
only as an allowed one. A new note that isn't in `en.toml` fails the check, and because Spanish is
in `COMPLETE` it has to be translated there too, so the report can't fall behind again.
`docs/translating.md` says so.
- The importers' texts are unchanged. Notes built with `format!` (layer counts, type names, field
names) still show in English, since the report matches whole notes.
ROADMAP.md, docs/localization-parity.md and docs/translating.md said
Swedish had 120 of the 588 command labels and menu wordings; with the
previous commit it has all of them. Worded without counts, so the docs
stay right as commands are added.

Czech counts take three integer forms: one (1), few (2-4) and other
(0 and 5+). Since #257 catalogs can supply `few`, so `plural()` gets a
Czech rule and the 38 plural entries in cs.toml now read naturally
("1 vrstva", "3 vrstvy", "5 vrstev") instead of the count-neutral
"Vrstvy: {n}" that #469 used for everything but 1.
Test czech_integer_plurals covers the rule (1; 2-4; 0, 5, 11, 12, 21,
22, 100, 1 000 000), a real key through counted(), and that every Czech
plural entry has one and few. Docs no longer say Czech has only one/other.

468 of the 588 command and menu rows had the command id as their text
("align.bottom" = "align.bottom"), which the app would have shown as is.
They are left out, so English shows until they are translated. Swedish
isn't in the complete list (that would make every new UI string need a
Swedish translation in the same change); the docs say what it covers.
Adds Swedish (Svenska) as an interface language: 2165 strings, written from the English source.

Adds crates/ui-egui/locales/id.toml, a draft Indonesian catalog covering
every UI string (1,577 keys), command label (557) and menu wording (31),
machine-drafted and marked "draft — needs native review".
Indonesian keeps a noun unchanged after a count, so plural entries give
only `other` and plural_one needs no change. Preferences ▸ Language lists
Bahasa Indonesia; System maps id / id_ID to it (new assertion in
i18n_tests.rs) and `id` joins the cjk can-show list. Docs updated.

Adds crates/ui-egui/locales/cs.toml with all 2165 entries (ui, commands,
menu), marked "draft — needs native review" and kept out of COMPLETE.
Plurals use one/other only; the other form is worded count-neutral so it
reads correctly for 2-4 as well. Lists cs in the pref.language help text,
adds a cs_CZ.UTF-8 detection test and updates the localization docs.

Windows' preferred-language list is also the input-language list: a language
added for a keyboard sits in it, and taking the first entry with a catalog
turned the interface German on a Polish system (a German keyboard) while the
system and the other apps stayed Polish. Only the first preferred language now
decides; when it has no catalog the interface reads English. macOS'
AppleLanguages and gettext's `LANGUAGE` still take the first language with a
catalog. Fixes#291.

Drops the draft status from tr.toml (the Preferences window no longer
calls it a draft) and marks Turkish reviewed in ROADMAP.md,
docs/localization-parity.md and docs/translating.md. Turkish stays out of
COMPLETE, so new strings don't have to be translated into it.

crates/ui-egui/locales/tr.toml translates every UI string (1,577 keys),
command label (557) and menu wording (31), machine-drafted and marked
"draft — needs native review". Buttons and menu items use bare
imperatives (Kaydet, Sil), instructions the polite -in/-ın (seçin,
tıklayın); the percent sign goes before the number (%50). Turkish keeps
a noun singular after a count, so plural entries give only `other`.
Preferences ▸ Language lists Türkçe; System maps tr and tr-TR to it.
The catalog passes the i18n check even when listed as complete.
docs/translating.md, docs/localization-parity.md and ROADMAP.md list
the new draft. Adds my own contributors/people.toml entry.
