Project panel: clip a bin card's name to the space beside its item count

At the smallest icon sizes the room left beside the 'N items' count can be narrower than the one letter plus ellipsis the layout always emits, so the name still ran into the count. Clip the name to its slot and show it in full on hover whenever it does not fit (TheGalitube's review on #2632).
