prxnvt de8f1854f1 Objects: bubble sizes follow edits like the other series references ...

`rewrite_cell_links` rewrote a chart series' values, categories and name
but not its bubble sizes, so inserting or deleting lines, a cut-move or a
sheet rename left a bubble chart's sizes pointing at the old cells. They
are now rewritten with the rest.

Test: bubble sizes through an inserted row, a cut-move and a sheet rename.
