Right-to-left manual kerning was added to the glyph's offset, which Character Rotation turns, so a rotated character with kerning moved across the line (up at 90 degrees) instead of away from the next character in reading order. The shift is now applied to the pen position along the baseline, outside the rotation, and the rotation turns the glyph about that moved pen position.
