dotCooCoo be8438c13d Tabs: setting the stops a paragraph already has ends the typing session ...

text.tabs.set and text.tabs.clear return without an edit when every
targeted paragraph already holds the stops. That path skipped the
settlement Session::edit does first, so a typing session in progress
stayed open. The command now ends it first, as the Variables commands
do: the typing is its own undo step whether or not the stops change.
