dotCooCoo b093e53e77 Smart Guides: Snap to Last Location puts a moved selection back where it began ...

Preferences > Smart Guides gets Snap to Last Location (`snapToLastLocation`,
off by default). With it and Smart Guides on, a selection moved by dragging
with the Selection, Group Selection or Direct Selection tool, Shift too, goes
back to where the move began while the move is within Snapping Tolerance,
labeled "last location". An Alt copy is not pulled back onto its original.
