dotCooCoo a230ef854b Docs: a dropped tool press cancels the drag as Escape does ...

The progress line said a dropped press keeps nothing it began. A Curvature
press that adds a point and a press on another text object keep what they
did on press, as with Escape during the drag, so the line now says the drag
is canceled as Escape cancels it.
