dotCooCoo 642df312b3 Actions: the panel menu's Action Options… renames the selected action ...

Action Options… opens the New Set and Set Options dialog, headed Action
Options, with the selected action's name; OK renames the action and keeps
its steps. The new command ui.action.rename {set, action, name} does the
rename and refuses an index past the last set or action or an empty name.
