Add New Fill again copies only the active fill row's paint; Duplicate
Item copies a whole row. The params text of appearance.addFill and
appearance.addStroke now says the new fill or stroke takes the paint
(and for a stroke, the weight) of the row it starts from, and a test
pins the paint-only copy.
