dotCooCoo 9b9803aa0f Tests: the unusable-folder prefs test restores folder modes when it fails ...

set_refuses_a_recovery_or_plugins_folder_it_cannot_use takes write or
list permission away from two folders. A guard now gives each folder mode
0o755 when it is dropped, also when an assertion panics, so the test
folder is removed afterwards.
