Design: first launch for a new user

Paul, 5 November 2026: welcome with Ollie, choose the media server (Emby,
Plex, Jellyfin, Silo), sign in while Drift reads the library, pick channels
suggested from it, who watches (Grown-ups PIN, Kids profile), all set.
