APK: `outputs/revision-0.108.3`, signed, versionCode 163. **Not installed.**
## Installed on the box (4 November 2026, 22:51), in the background
Paul said "install", with Black Mirror at its normal tier.
- **Snapshot first:** the 195 files were copied to `Codex/install-0.108.3-20261104-225112`, and on the box to `no_backup/schedule-rollback-0.108.2`.
- **Install:** versionCode 163. Orbit wasn't open (Developer options was on screen).
- **Files:** no plan changed, and the tickets are identical.
- **Next open:** Paradox, After Dark and Orbit 2 re-read their pools, since their lists changed. New bookings follow from each channel's next top-up, about a week ahead. The first strand night and the first Black Mirror appear as the booking horizon moves past 11 November.
