+Paul asked for an install that doesn't load Orbit, so it was installed with `adb install -r` alone and no `am start`. Silo stayed in front throughout.
+- **Snapshot first:** the 194 files and `orbit_settings.xml` were copied to `Codex/install-0.104.0-20261104-191137`, and on the box to `no_backup/schedule-rollback-0.103.0`.
+- **Install:** versionCode 153.
+- **Schedule files:** identical before and after, since the app didn't run.
+- **Not yet done:** top-ups, and the check of their log lines, wait for the next time Paul opens Orbit.
