+- **Snapshot first:** the 194 schedule-folder files and `orbit_settings.xml` were copied to `Codex/install-0.102.0-20261104-184609`, and on the box to `no_backup/schedule-rollback-0.101.0`.
+- **Install:** versionCode 151. The sign-in was kept.
+- **Top-ups:** every line showed `added=0 clashes=0`.
+- **Bookings:** every booking still to air was kept in all 12 plans that changed; those plans only dropped programmes that had already aired.
+- **On air:** the first Prime ident is due on Wednesday 11 November at about 16:10. The premiere clip is due on 21 November.
