Orbit TV 0.69.0: channels in blocks

Numbers now run in blocks like satellite TV, biggest channels first. Includes everything in 0.68, which was never installed.

• 100s entertainment and comedy: 101 Orbit 1, 102 Orbit 2, 103 Orbit Three, 104 Gold, 105 Riot, 106 Paradox, 107 Evidence
• 200s factual: 201 Terra, 202 Odyssey, 203 Wild, 204 Dark Files
• 300s films: 300 Drive-In, 301 Premiere, 302 Action, 303 Sci-Fi, 304 Horror, 305 After Dark, 306 VHS, 307 Romance, 308 Detour, 309 BritX
• 400s sport: 401 Ring X
• 600s cartoons and kids: 601 Vortex, 602 Heroes, 603 Orbit X, 604 Rewind, 605 ToonZ, 611 Junior, 612 Wonder, 613 PixelZ

Vortex moves from the Entertainment category to Cartoons. Files move once at first launch, keeping every schedule, place and choice. The catalogue isn't touched.

Checked: build, lint and all unit tests pass, including the block rule and the move. Not checked on the box until installed: the move on real files, and the board text on the TV.
