Orbit TV 0.73.0: only what's needed

Paul asked to keep only what's mandatory, with a simple flow. Includes 0.71's tickets and reminders and 0.72's settings, which were never installed.

• Flow: sign in, choose channels in Settings, then the main menu. Opening the app goes straight to the main menu.
• Settings: Channels, Watching and Emby account only.
• Removed: the fictional demo guide and its video, the old menu, connection sample list, sample channel, film and series pickers, library import, health and metadata screens, the Services placeholder and the profile icon. Any channel can now start from Channels on its own.
• The app drops from 19.6 MB to 13.8 MB.
• The library data on the box stays as it was, and is only cleared on sign out. Saved older choices are still read so nothing breaks. The non-screen code behind the removed tools is left for a later tidy, as tests cover it.

Bug fixed: the 0.69 renumbering missed Terra and Paradox in the smart channel list. Their schedules moved correctly and kept playing, but they weren't topped up, and would have shown as Off in Settings. A new test checks every smart channel's number and brand.

Checked: build, lint and all unit tests pass. Not checked until installed: moving through Settings with the remote, tickets and reminders on the TV.
