Orbit TV 0.75.0: longer film lists

0.74 filled film channels by rating, and the picks weren't good enough: UFC events and wrestling shows in Action, and obscure films with a perfect score from a few votes. None had reached a schedule. That fill is removed, and its picks were deleted from the box.

Each film channel except After Dark now has a longer hand-picked list, about 100 films where they can be found: Premiere, Action, Sci-Fi, Horror, VHS, Romance, Wonder, PixelZ, Detour and BritX. Each channel reads its list once more, then a week's refresh as before. What's already planned stays, so repeats fade out over about a week.

Checked: build, lint and all unit tests pass, plus that none of 0.74's picks were planned. Not checked until installed: how many of the new titles the library holds, which is reported after the read.
