Orbit TV 0.95.5: plain sound to the TV, corrected

0.95.4 didn't take effect on the box: checked at 22:21 on 3 November, Terra's DTS still went out undecoded ("stream_type raw" in the box's audio log, and no audio decoder created). The cause: DefaultAudioSink.Builder(context) registers its own receiver for the HDMI connection's capabilities, which overrides the capabilities Orbit sets. 0.95.5 builds the sink without a context (DefaultAudioSink.Builder()), so Orbit's plain-sound capabilities stand. Everything else is as described in VERIFICATION-0.95.4.md.

365 unit tests pass; lint has no errors.

To check on the TV: Terra's DTS programme: the box's audio log shows a DTS decoder (c2.amlogic.audio.decoder.dts) and "stream_type:pcm", and the sound no longer cuts out.

Installed 3 November 2026 at about 22:24 with Paul's OK; plans unchanged. Checked on the box at 22:25: no sound. The log shows ExoPlayer now creating c2.amlogic.audio.decoder.dts (Amlogic_C2AudioDTSXDecoder) and a steady PCM stream to the HAL (about 192 KB/s), but the decoder's output is silent to Paul. This box's DTS decoder doesn't produce usable sound for apps. Workaround given: Settings → Watching → "Surround sound to an amplifier" On (= 0.95.4 behaviour, passthrough, which played fine at 22:21). Next: make passthrough the default again.
