Orbit TV 0.95.6: surround sound undecoded again by default

0.95.5 decoded DTS on the box and was silent on Paul's Xiaomi box (22:25, 3 November 2026): the Amlogic C2 DTS decoder runs and a PCM stream flows, but nothing is heard. 0.95.6 restores the pre-0.95.4 behaviour as the default: Dolby and DTS go out undecoded, which played fine on Terra at 22:21. The setting is renamed "Surround sound undecoded" (on by default, stored under a new key so the earlier off value doesn't carry over); off decodes on the box, for boxes whose decoders work. The earlier Terra dropouts, seen right after an install with several players opening, are unexplained; if they return, check the log while they happen.

365 unit tests pass; lint has no errors.

Installed 3 November 2026 at about 22:29 with Paul's OK; all 31 committed plans unchanged. Box check: Paul to tune Terra.
