Calls storytold/craft-common-actions/.github/workflows/sonarcloud.yml@main
with secrets: inherit. Adds SonarCloud badge to README where missing and
removes the redundant sonar-project.properties (config now passed by the
reusable workflow).
Adds .coderabbit.yaml so CodeRabbit no longer reviews or comments on PRs opened by dependabot[bot].

Noto Sans Georgian (variable: wdth, wght), byte-identical to google/fonts at
8b0a1d0 (ofl/notosansgeorgian), under the OFL 1.1, for Georgian interface and
document text: the apps' fallback for Georgian where no Georgian font is
installed, and the web builds' Georgian font. Manifest line (script Geor),
attribution, README row and a coverage test (the 33 Mkhedruli letters, their
Mtavruli capitals, „ “ – №).

document text: the apps' fallback for Thai where no Thai font is

Simplified Chinese and Arabic UI/document fonts for the Crafting Apps
(first user: DesignCraft's zh/ar interface, storytold/designcraft#52).
Byte-identical to notofonts/noto-cjk@f8d1575 and google/fonts@7085eb8;
the Arabic variable font is renamed from NotoSansArabic[wdth,wght].ttf.
Coverage tests for Hans and Arab text.

All four fonts are ~24 MB, over typical per-file hosting limits (Cloudflare
25 MiB); the recipe now embeds only BIZ UDPGothic Regular on wasm32.

fonts/: Shippori Mincho Regular, BIZ UDPGothic Regular and Bold, BIZ
UDMincho Regular, each byte-identical to its pinned upstream source, with
its OFL licence (the copies previously bundled separately in DesignCraft,
PrintCraft, VectorCraft and LightCraft). fonts/manifest.txt lists them
with checksums.
crates/craft-fonts: the manifest as a static table, CRAFT_FONTS_DIR
discovery, loading, and an embed feature. crates/craft-fonts-tests:
checksums, licences, family names, Japanese coverage and outlines, and
vert/vrt2 vertical-text support. docs/integration.md: how apps use it as a
fully optional build input (CRAFT_FONTS_DIR read by build.rs; never a Cargo
dependency, because Cargo resolves even optional git dependencies).
