Build: linesweeper from craft-libs' vendored copy at 481f66d

The workspace patches linesweeper to storytold/craft-libs at 481f66d, the
merge of craft-libs#633, which keeps the crates.io 0.5.0 package in
vendor/linesweeper. Fixes made to that copy reach VectorCraft when the
rev moves. Cargo.toml still asks for linesweeper 0.5.

The library is unchanged: Cargo.toml and every file under src/ in the
copy are byte-identical to the crates.io 0.5.0 package, whose sha256 is
a25df1b0c5432893f41bba817150e323703ee5f6d974f3a6808ac7fd7f046d18, the
checksum Cargo.lock carried. Cargo.lock changes only linesweeper's
source and checksum lines.

NOTICE no longer lists linesweeper among the crates fetched through
crates.io, and names the craft-libs revision it comes from.
