dotCooCoo def29d0f97 Docs: .ai symbols are read with the file's layers ...

A .ai that comes in as its page or PDF part (editing data with no layers, layers that can't be read, or a page fallback) gets none of the editing data's symbols: layered_ai_from fills symbols only from build_from. The editing-data paragraph now says so.
