0.104.0: story grouping on Orbit X (Stage E, second channel)

StoryGroupingChannels is now {602, 603}, using the same rule as Paradox and Heroes.

Checks

• 467 unit tests run, 0 failures; lint clean.
• Four-week replay from the box's plans and pools at 18:27 today. Every fingerprint is identical to 0.103.0 except Orbit X, and Orbit X's committed bookings are unchanged.
• Orbit X over the four weeks (1,793 new programmes):

Installed on the box (4 November 2026, 19:11), without opening Orbit

Paul asked for an install that doesn't load Orbit, so it was installed with adb install -r alone and no am start. Silo stayed in front throughout.

• Snapshot first: the 194 files and orbit_settings.xml were copied to Codex/install-0.104.0-20261104-191137, and on the box to no_backup/schedule-rollback-0.103.0.
• Install: versionCode 153.
• Schedule files: identical before and after, since the app didn't run.
• Not yet done: top-ups, and the check of their log lines, wait for the next time Paul opens Orbit.
